1. Data Processing Addendum
This DPA forms part of the agreement between the customer (controller) and Vital Webmaster LLC (processor) and sets out processing terms, security measures, sub-processing and international transfer safeguards (SCCs).
High-stakes: processor obligations require attorney review.
2. Authorized Sub-processors
We engage the following sub-processors (from the maintained inventory):
